Accounts Assistant -
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant in Bedfordshire.
Monday - Friday
Permanent
£24k pa
Experience within an Accounting Office, either in Credit Control, Purchase Ledger Reconciliation or Bank Reconciliation and insurance administration would be beneficial to this role.
This role will include -
- Processing Debit notes, Credit notes, Endorsements
- Bank reconciliations
- Purchase invoices
- Allocating receipts
- Sending statements
- Providing commentary to senior management
- Petty cash
- Month end journals
- Fixed asset register reconciliation
- Arranging travel, visas, meetings, lunches
- Office administration
- Assisting with year-end audit
